TaxDataExchange.org is a website established to educate about and promote the adoption of industry-standard methods for electronic delivery of annual tax documents.

TaxDataExchange.org is NOT a tax data aggregator, server, or processing service. Instead, we promote standards and provide resources and services for companies that produce, transport, store, and/or consume tax data.

TaxDataExchange.org is an independent production of Bruce Wilcox, President of Internet Tax Information Processing Services, Inc. (ITIPS). Bruce serves as co-chair of the Tax Task Force of the Financial Data Exchange (FDX) organization's API & Data Structures working group.

This site promotes the use of FDX standards for tax data exchange but is not owned by, sponsored by, or officially affiliated with the FDX organization.
